Free POS Subscription Terms. The $0 monthly POS plan is available only to merchants approved for AIO Shop payment processing who process approximately $25,000 or more per month through an approved AIO Shop processing partner and agree to a one-year commitment. Merchants must keep an active eligible processing account and use AIO Shop processing as the primary payment solution for AIO Shop transactions. Processing fees, hardware, PCI, chargebacks, taxes, and other charges are separate. Approval is subject to underwriting. Yes. AIO Shop is built as an all-in-one shop system — Quick Checkout POS, catalog and inventory, customer CRM with loyalty, employee access, settlement reports, and payment workflows — so your counter and back office stay in sync.
How does Quick Checkout work for my store?
Cashiers ring up sales from a tablet-friendly Quick Checkout screen:
- Browse favorites and categories, or search by product name/code
- Add items with sizes, variants, and modifiers
- Apply discounts, tax, and attach a customer for loyalty and receipts
- Take cash or card and keep a clear running order total
How does AIO Shop handle payments?
AIO Shop supports cash and credit card acceptance through compatible payment workflows and terminals (including PAX devices). Merchants approved for AIO Shop processing can qualify for the free POS plan; processing fees, PCI, and related charges remain separate. Prefer your own processor? Choose the paid subscription plan instead.
Can I manage inventory, stock alerts, and purchasing?
Yes. Manager tools cover products and catalog, stock levels, low-stock and out-of-stock alerts, warehouses, purchase orders, receiving, and suppliers — so you can keep shelves accurate without a separate inventory spreadsheet.
Does it include customer profiles, loyalty, and ID verification?
Yes. Store customer profiles and purchase history, run loyalty and promotions, and use ID verification (such as driver license checks) when your store needs age-restricted or compliance workflows at the counter.
How do employees access the POS securely?
Staff unlock the register with an employee PIN. Cashiers stay in Quick Checkout; managers can open Manager View for dashboard, catalog, inventory, CRM, and reports. Clock-in / clock-out support helps track who is on shift.
Can AIO Shop help with accounting, bills, and reports?
Managers get a dashboard with sales and ops snapshots, settlement reports for end-of-day close, and accounting tools for bills and expenses — including invoice scan / OCR to speed up bill entry from supplier paperwork.
Why is the POS subscription free with processing?
Merchants approved for AIO Shop payment processing who meet the free-plan requirements — including about $25,000/month in processing volume and a one-year commitment — can receive the POS subscription at $0 per month. Processing fees and related charges remain separate. Approval is subject to underwriting.
Is hardware included, and what devices are supported?
Hardware is not automatically included. AIO Shop works with supported shop devices such as PAX terminals, receipt printers, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. Computers, terminals, accessories, and installation may require additional fees.
Can I choose the $99.99 monthly plan instead?
Yes. The promotional POS Subscription plan is available if you prefer an eligible supported payment setup outside the free processing-based option. If you stop qualifying for free processing, you may need to move to the paid plan to keep using AIO Shop.
